I work with people to help bring that passion to audiences. Through stories, videos, graphics, in social media, websites, newsletters and other solutions. I enjoy shining a light on the amazing things which happen in a business and watching the admiration of others blossoms.

I also support businesses to streamline processes and help them improve productivity. As well as project management or support to develop and grow new services or products.

With 14 years experience in digital financial services I am well-versed in working with legislation changes, risk management, business continuity and compliance. My knowledge equally extends to adult social care working with communities to ensure adherence so safeguarding, mental health act and other legal requirements.

In my career I have been a trustee, board member, leader, coach, resource manager and business analyst. I’ve worked with boards of directors to operational teams to small business owners.

I have gained a reputation as a problem solver and have frequently been called upon to drive efficiencies and find resolutions. I do this through gap analysis, requirements gathering, project management and implementation. I have delivered a number of new systems and processes following up with analysis of benefits seen and potential future developments.

Due to my quick thinking and desire to see projects come to life I have been successful at working with start-up projects as well. Extending my knowledge to include crowdfunding and funding bids for community and charity projects.
